We love all of our clients at Spectrum Beauty, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. We are a coworking salon so please contact your artist directly with questions or concerns.
Ensuring the Best Experience
A deposit is required when booking an appointment. This deposit amount will depend on the total price of the service. Your artist will contact you directly via email, instagram or text for this deposit.
48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.
If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
No shows (no text, no call) will no longer be allowed to book with any staff at Spectrum Beauty.
Absolutely no guests and no kids. We have chemicals and sharp objects in the salon.
We do not offer refunds on our services or retail. If you are unsatisfied with your service please contact your artist directly within 2 days of your appointment.
